Fine filter
Performance & Characteristic:
Fine filter is an advanced micron-sized filteration equipment, with the tubular wound filter and honeycomb deep filtering layer. That is: the density of outer layer filtering medium is small while closing to the center is big. The density of filtering medium are equably and gradually increased from outer layer to the center. Particles with different sizes are separately caught by filtering medium layer’s each part with diffenent densities, and each filtering medium layer is acting.
Deep filter element has high contamination burthen and excellent filteration performance because of its rate density structure. It can catch big contamination particles in the filtering medium surface, and small ones in the continuous filtering medium layers which are tighter layer by layer.
The equipment has high filtration precision, large filtration area, low pressure lost, small size, and it is easy to maintain.
Usage：
Widely used in many kinds of industries, such as pure water production, pharmacy, beverage, solvent, synthesizing detergent, boiler; liquid chemical, film-making, heliograph, lab, electroplating paint, printed substrate-making, hydraulic fluid, lube, gas purification etc..
According to the application, it can be classified into:
l Remove the solid particles and impurities in liquid.
l Be applied to machinery protection, such as boiler, hydraulic oil filtration, fire-resistant lube filtration, gas filtration for the air tool.
l Filtrate the products and semi-finished products in the production.
l Filtrate the raw material to ensure the raw material’s quality requested by the products.
l Capture filtration. In the production, purer and brighter crystal can be gotten from the liquid after filtration.
In the aspect of pure water production, it can be as a pretreatment of electrodialysis, RO, ion exchange to ensure the turbidity less than 1NTU, then the total contamination index will be reduced and bacteria, ferric ion, color can be removed better to ensure the stable operation of electrodialysis and RO.
In the aspect of beverage and wine production, It can make water clean to improve the quality and extend the storage.
In the pharmacy and chemical industry, reuse after catching filtration with a certain precision.
Attentions:
a) Accuracy level should be used according to the solid impurity content in the liquid, the viscosity of the liquid and the requirement after filtration. Pls. adopt two stage filtration, that is prefiltration and fine filtering, if the solid impurity content is high.
b) It is normal if a few foam appear in the first operation. Pls. discharge them directly and use the filtrated water until no foam.
c) The temperature resistance of JR & JA is ≤60℃, working pressure is ≤0.4Mpa；The temperature resistance of JS is ≤45℃, working pressure is ≤0.25Mpa
d) Pls. back flush when the filtration differential pressure is 01-0.2Mpa, the back flushing flow should be larger than working flow. Pls. back flush with 3% hydrochloric acid or dismantle the filter to wash if no effect after back flushing with water.
The equipment can reach: turbidity ≤0.3NTU, even 0 NTU.
