THE INTEGRATIVE HIGH-EFFICIENCY WATER FILTER
1, SUMMARY
It adopts some advanced technique such as corrugated plate reaction, trapeziform sloping plate deposition, single valve non-additive backflush to filter the water. It is a enclosed type equipment with steel structure, which can be produced into split style or whole style. And be usually applied to the drinking water treatment in village, city, sanatorium, industrial and mining enterprise, job site, army, etc.
2, PRINCIPLE & TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE
●PRINCIPLE: Inject the coagulant before the pump. The raw water and the medicament mix and flow into the integrative filter. Then flocculating in the corrugated plate reaction chamber, flocs clash and combine together. Then the flocculation and other suspended matters are subsided in the trapeziform sloping plate setting chamber. They (like sewage sludge) slide into the tank. After the function of the plate-and-frame filter press, the sewage sludge can be pressed into solid and be get away ( by hand or aumatically). The water in the trapeziform sloping plate chamber will flow into the filter chamber and be filtered by coal-sand dual media filter. The water out of the intergrated filter can be clean drinking water after adding chlorine to disinfect. The pressure in filtering layer will increase after filter chamber working for a certain time. When the pressure reaches 0.045Mpa, it will backflush, and then the filtering layer can get back to the original working ability.

⑶ Main condition of design and operation
Raw water density: ≤1000mg/l
Disinfection is chloride or sodium hypochlorite, the residual chlorine in the outer water should be no less than 0.2mg/l.
The integrative filter can be operated continuously or intermittently
Working pressure: ≤ 0.045Mpa
Coagulant is aluminum chloride or iron trichloride, keep on injection, the quantity is up to the raw water quality.
3, INSTALLATION REQUESTS
-------The integrative filter can be installed indoor or outdoor, pls. adopt antifreezing measures in Winter if in cold area.
--------The integrative filter should be put on the cement concrete ground, must be balanced.
--------Pls. set a trench drain with 0.2*0.3m nearby the integrative filter, the backflush water will be collected and vent through this trench drain. The flush tube must extend to the trench drain.
4, OPERATION
⑴ Preparation before operation
--------Prepare the coagulant solution.
--------Check the pump for raw water, whether operates normally.
--------Close the deposit drain valve, open the exhaust valve and backflush butterfly valve.
⑵ Operation:
-------Inject the coagulant, check the quantity, add the coagulant and disinfectant fluid.
-------Startup the pump.
-------Open the inlet valve. Adjust the inflow to the rated water yield according to the pump pressure meter or water meter reading.
--------After water outflowing from the exhaust pipe and backflush pipe, open the drain valve in the filter chamber, let the initial filtrated water off.
--------Close the drain valve and backflush butterfly valve.
---------After the filtrated water is clean, close the drain valve in filter chamber. And then operate normally.
⑶ Sludge discharge operation:
----------Sludge discharge every 2-3 hours a time in the setting chamber, but exactly according to the raw water quality.
----------Open the deposit drain valve in the setting chamber, close it when see the clean water.
-----------The reaction chamber discharge the sludge/deposit every 3-4 hours a time.
-----------Open and close the sludge discharge valve in the reaction chamber in sequence.
⑷ Exhaust operation:
In the process of producing water, open and close the exhaust valve frequently or just keep it open.
⑸ Stop operation:
-----------Repeat the sludge discharge operation second and third steps in (3) to let the sludge all out from the integrative filter, avoid the sludge to be agglomeration to block the sludge discharge pipe.
-----------Close the inlet valve, stop injecting the medicament, stop the pump.
⑹ Remark:
The integrative filter is a enclosed type low pressure container, the working pressure must be no more than 0.045Mpa, otherwise, it will cause the equipment deform and blow up. And this is not the equipment quality problem, the user has to suffer the consequences. |
